About senses of positions
« on: December 19, 2011, 02:54:57 pm »
Is it differences between poses "earth-earth" (mind of peace), "metal-fire" (mind moving with Universe) and "earth-earth" (understanding of Life and sobriety)? And if no - what sense in repeating them?

There are four similar sitting postures in joong ki danboub. Among 10 liines( each line has 5 posture Therefore there are 50 postures, as you know.)  2th and 5th posture of 6th line, 5th posture of 9th
line, 5th posture of 10th line.  With 5th posture of 6th line, we move our upper body back and forth slightly irrespective of our breathing. With 5th posture of 9th line, we move our upper body left and
right slightly irrespective of our breathing. 2th posture of 6th line and 5th posture of 10th line are
same postures. we don't move at those postures. But their context are different,so they have different meanings despite of their same appearance.   :) ;)
