Greetings to everybody!

The question is for Master Kim, but I'll be glad to any answers. :)

There are several breathing compexes on this video (as I understood).
(here is a scheme of one of them - )

I would like to clarify:
1. what are theese breathing complexes for?
2. which stage of practice theese complexes could be started for study?

The interest appeared because during our Hapkido classes we did such breathing complexes.
If it is possible, could you give detailed answer. ;)

I heard that those postures were created by one of Cheong San' early students .

Очень заинтересовала данная тема.
Насколько я знаю , этот комплекс называется -8 кусков парчи - и описан и распространился уже в 11-12 веках в Китае. Есть ли какая-нибудь связь этой китайской системы с кук-сан-до ?
